Cancellation and Refund Policy

Nash Institute Training Course Guarantee and Agreement

The Nash Institute guarantees that its services (lectures, hands-on training courses, etc.) will provide the level of training and support within the scope of reasonable industry expectations.

Cancellation of such services is clearly defined within the scope of this policy documentation, and the details are specific to the type of service provided. By paying tuition to The Nash Institute, or any business entity duly authorized to represent The Nash Institute, the registrant agrees to abide by this policy.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Nash Institute values its customers and their business. Therefore, we have made our cancellation and refund policies as easy to understand and as fair as possible.

For Individual Nash Institute Sponsored Seminars, Workshops And Events (i.e. not part of a continuum of courses):

A paid registrant can receive a full refund (minus processing fees if paid by credit card) if he/she cancels 14 days or more before the scheduled course. We will also happily allow registrants to re-schedule their attendance for a similar future event at no extra cost when this is done before the start of the event for which the registrant is to attend. Future events must be already scheduled, and publicly promoted for this option to be offered.

If no similar events are scheduled and a registrant wants to cancel within 14 days of their scheduled attendance, we will refund 50% of their tuition (minus processing fees if paid by credit card).

For Nash Institute Sponsored Continuum Seminars, Workshops And Events (i.e. Residency Program, or similar):

A paid registrant can receive a full refund (minus processing fees if paid by credit card) if he/she cancels 60 days or more before the first scheduled course/event. We will also happily allow registrants to re-schedule their attendance for a future continuum event and apply their tuition at no extra cost when this is done before the start of the first event for which the registrant is to attend. Future events must be already scheduled, and publicly promoted for this option to be offered.

If no similar events are scheduled and a registrant wants to cancel within 60 days of their scheduled attendance, we will refund 50% of their tuition (minus processing fees if paid by credit card).
